I want to thank you for such great service in getting my windshield replaced. I called in the service request on Monday; a conference call was done the same day with my insurance carrier, SAFECO. The windshield was ordered and glass was installed on Wednesday. PERFECT!! I had previously called another vendor and after 7 weeks still did not have the right glass in place for my car. Your company took care of everything in less than 2 days!

Ray was amazing in helping me with my passenger window! The regulator was lagging and getting stuck up and down. He took the time to investigate the problem, find and order the parts needed, and took apart the door to inspect the faulty part. He was so friendly and knowledgeable! My experience at Gold Star Glass has been nothing short of amazing! I would give them 6 stars if I could. When they say they treat you like family, they mean it. Each time I call, they return my messages same day, and come to my work and home to fix my auto glass. They took care of my insurance claim and all the scheduling. All I had to do was make one call, and they took care of the rest. I appreciate the service they provide and look forward to telling my family we have a new glass company to rely on to keep us safe! Trustworthy. The feeling you get when you find a mechanic you can trust? same. I used Gold Star for a tricky shower re-remodel (recently remodeled and had a leak, guy came and said need to tear the entire floor plus some wall out to re do it all, fun!). Removing and reinstalling the glass is a tricky thing, as it can easily be claimed that the old glass is “custom” and will not fit post the re-remodel. Shawn gave me a fair quote for removing/reinstalling the glass and we figured we will see what happens when he tries to re-install it. Shawn was honest, did all that he could to make the existing glass fit, and found a way to minimize the extra cost (I had to re-order one part, but it was the smallest and cheapest of the 3). I got great service, great value, and the most professional, flexible and easy to work with home service I ever had.
We are a returning customer. My husband, son, and I have been using Gold Star Glass for quite a while now. John always does a great job repairing our windshield cracks (can’t see where they are after it’s done and had to look at my picture to see where it was), and Ray responds very quickly to my many questions. I woke up to discover a small windshield chip/star had expanded overnight into a pretty large and winding crack. I called a few five-star providers in my general area… Gold Star had the best price and was able to come to me the same day! They arrived on time and began working on the car after a few basic questions. I would say the overall project took around 60 minutes and the work was excellent. They offer a lifetime warranty on the windshield for leaks, whistles, etc. That’s a nice touch.
